The Ashby is a refined and practical jacket, suitable for all seasons. Crafted from Sylkoil waxed cotton (≈ 203 g/m2), Barbour's signature fabric, the piece features a matte finish for a comfortable, lived-in look. Slightly slimmer than the Bedale, this style features a relaxed fit that can be worn under other garments in cold weather. In true Barbour style, the style boasts a storm flap with sturdy snaps, a refined fine corduroy collar with a chin strap, slanted handwarmer pockets, and two large bellows pockets. Making this practical jacket even more versatile and ideal for everyday wear, year-round, are the convenient front zip and optional Barbour zip linings.
