The Ashby is a refined and practical jacket, suitable for all seasons. Made from Sylkoil waxed cotton (≈ 203 g/m2), Barbour's signature fabric, the piece features a matte finish for a comfortable "lived-in" style. Slightly tighter than the Bedale, this model has a comfortable cut that allows it to be worn under other clothing during the cold season. As per tradition and in true Barbour style, the model boasts a windproof closure with sturdy press studs, a refined fine corduroy collar with chin strap, slanted handwarmer pockets and two large bellows pockets. Making this practical jacket even more versatile and ideal for everyday use, in every season, are the comfortable front zip and the optional internal linings with Barbour zips.
